Chicago IL Basement Remodeling Ideas
I want to get going on the basement remodeling I’ve been thinking about. My husband is a major Bears fan, so I was thinking that maybe I’d let him have the basement as a man cave. We’re going to be doing a Chicago IL basement remodeling–with all Bears-themed stuff.
I’m definitely the best wife for letting him have the basement as his man cave. Until now, it’s served as our kids’ play room, but they’re teenagers now, so they “hang out” with their friends in their rooms rather than in their play area. While the kids are growing up, I’m letting my husband get back to his younger self. Watching the games, sitting in big lounge chairs, drinking beers with his friends.
I don’t want to say that I’m not getting anything out of it, though. I’m going to get my living room back! I’ll just send them all down into the cave with some beers and pretzels and I’ll get to relax and watch the home remodeling shows I’ve gotten into lately.
I’m so excited for our “Chicago IL basement remodeling extravaganza” to begin! The quicker we start, the faster we’ll get it over with. Now I just have to see what Bears gear he’ll really enjoy.
