Touring the Interior of Tri Cities Real Estate
Being able to personally tour the interiors of Tri Cities real estate can be greatly beneficial. Often as real estate agents become better acquainted with clients who are looking for residences in the area, they are able to learn more about the personality and preferences of the buyers. In some cases, this allows the real estate agent to make recommendations for homes which may not initially sound appealing to the buyers, yet could result in a home they end up adoring.
In one such case, the people looking to purchase a home with the assistance of a Tri Cities real estate agent swore they did not want to see a single split entry home because they knew they did not like those. Generally, this assumption was correct, but the real estate agent kept inquiring whether they would be willing to see one particular split entry home because it fit all of their other specifications and he thought they really wouldn’t mind the design. It ends up, the couple looking at the home though all split entries involved a staircase at the front door which would lead up or down. Instead, this home had a staircase off to the side of the entryway. They ended up loving the home and purchased it within a week.
