Finding the Perfect Cheer Mixes for Cheer Practice
When I was in high school I was always on some sort of cheerleading squad, either just the school squad or a competition team. Once I graduated high school, I decided that I wanted to work with some sort of cheerleading squad. I ended up getting hired on with a local high school as the assistant coach for their cheerleading squad. One of my first jobs upon being hired was to find some great cheer mixes, and start coming up with a routine to teach to the girls on the squad.
Since I had been a cheerleader for so long, I knew just the place online where I could buy a few CDs that would be full of some awesome cheer mixes. I ordered two CDs full of cheer mixes, and was so excited to get them in the mail. Once they came in the mail, I started working on some routines to teach to the girls on the cheerleading squad. I know from experience that whatever cheer mix you use can either make or break a performance. One of the cheer mixes on the CD that I bought ended up being one we used for a competition, and the squad ended up taking first place!
